Connect Printful

Save a Printful token for template import and fulfillment sync

Quick2Print uses Printful for mockup generation, print-file assignment, product synchronisation and template imports.

Required Access

Quick2Print uses one Printful private token for the active connected store. We require permission to read catalogue data and synchronised products, inspect placements and variants, update variants with print files and request mockups.

Quick2Print expects the Printful token and WooCommerce storefront to represent the same connected store. We recommend checking the store name or dashboard label in Printful when a numeric store identifier is unavailable.

Token And Connected-Store Setup

After saving the token, run the connection readiness check before importing templates or running production workflow actions. Quick2Print should show connection status without exposing the private token.

V1 Provider Boundary

WooCommerce and Printful are the v1 workflow providers. Shopify remains future-ready only and is not part of the v1 connection UI.
