Workspace Roles And Brand Access
How Quick2Print assigns workspace roles and brand access
Quick2Print uses three workspace roles and a separate platform-administration role. We use brand assignments to limit production access for team members.
Workspace Roles
Quick2Print gives each workspace role a clear operating purpose:
| Role | Quick2Print permits |
|---|---|
| Workspace owner | We permit full billing, team and brand access for the paying business owner. |
| Workspace admin | We permit workspace settings, brands, integrations and team management. |
| Team member | We permit production work only in explicitly assigned brands. |
Quick2Print gives workspace owners and admins access to every brand in their workspace. We give team members access only to brands assigned in workspace settings.
Permission Matrix
| Capability | Minimum role |
|---|---|
| Add or archive a brand | Workspace admin |
| Approve live or scheduled publishing | Workspace admin |
| Assign team members to brands | Workspace admin |
| Create products and campaigns | Team member with brand access |
| Create support tickets | Team member |

| Edit brand settings | Workspace admin |

Quick2Print displays provider connection status after credentials are saved. We encrypt stored secrets and never return them to customer-facing users.
