Printful Sync

Discover Printful synced products and attach printfiles to variants

Quick2Print v1 expects the WooCommerce product to sync into Printful before fulfillment data is finalized.

Discovery

After a WooCommerce product is created, poll Printful synced products and locate the matching product. Then match Printful variants to WooCommerce variants so each variant can receive the correct printfile.

Variant Files

Generated printfiles must be assigned to the correct Printful sync variants. If a variant cannot be matched, keep the workflow in a waiting or failed state and show a repair or retry action.

Completion

The Printful sync step is complete when all required variants are mapped and the selected printfiles are stored for fulfillment.
