Upload artwork and prepare it for Quick2Print collections
Design uploads provide the artwork used to create products from saved templates.
Upload Requirements
Upload the production artwork asset, or select many production artwork assets together. Assign the batch to Monthly Releases, a holiday, or a custom group, then reorder the files and optionally give individual designs a fixed release date.
File Naming
When a collection name is provided, Quick2Print renames files by collection and design name so production assets are easier to trace. The generated title can be filled from the image name and overridden before product creation.
Monthly Releases is a pool, not a forced cadence. The Campaign chooses how frequently designs leave that pool. Designs reserved by an armed Campaign appear as Scheduled and cannot be selected by another Campaign.
Use Create A Draft when you want to review a single design before it enters campaign automation.
