Connect WooCommerce

Save WooCommerce credentials for a Quick2Print connected store

Quick2Print publishes products to WooCommerce. We require WooCommerce credentials before templates, product drafts and production workflow actions can write to a connected store.

Required Access

Quick2Print uses a WooCommerce REST API key that can read store taxonomies and create or update products. We save the store URL, consumer key and consumer secret in connected-store settings for the active brand.

Quick2Print lets team members view WooCommerce connection status. We let workspace owners and admins save or change provider secrets.

Connected-Store Scope

Quick2Print assigns credentials to one connected store inside one brand. We recommend separate credentials unless a customer intentionally connects the same storefront to multiple brands.

After Connecting

Use the connection status before running production actions. A connected WooCommerce store allows Quick2Print to create draft products, live products when live publishing is enabled, and scheduled products when a future publish date is selected.
