Our commitment
Quick2Print is a brand operated by EVCV Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13570383.
Quick2Print is currently a beta service. Features, limits and workflows may change as the service is tested and improved.
We are working towards WCAG 2.2 Level AA and aim to make the public website and core production workflows perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. This statement does not claim full conformance.
Current position
Responsive layouts, keyboard access, labelled navigation, semantic headings, visible focus, colour contrast and common form interactions are being tested during beta. Automated checks are supplemented with manual browser and keyboard review, but not every route and assistive-technology combination has been independently audited.
Known limitations
- Some complex production editors and third-party embedded or connected experiences may require further screen-reader and keyboard refinement.
- Long data tables, rich previews and status-heavy workflows may be difficult at high zoom or with certain assistive technologies.
- Generated mockups, customer artwork and third-party product images may not always have meaningful alternative text.
- Some beta loading, error and announcement states may not yet be consistently communicated by every assistive technology.
Requesting help
If an accessibility barrier prevents use of Quick2Print, contact us through the Contact page and describe the page, task, browser and assistive technology where possible. We will consider reasonable assistance or an alternative way to complete the task.
Review cycle
This statement was prepared during the Quick2Print beta and will be reviewed after material interface changes and formal accessibility testing. Known issues will be prioritised according to user impact, frequency and the practicality of remediation.
