Data Rights Request Procedure

How individuals exercise applicable UK data-protection rights.

Submitting a request

Use the Contact page and describe the right being exercised, the relevant Account or relationship and enough information to locate the records. Do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate channel.

Verification and authority

We verify identity and, where someone acts for another person or organisation, their authority. Where EVCV Limited acts only as processor, we may direct the request to the customer controller or assist that customer.

Handling

We log the request, search relevant systems, apply lawful exemptions and respond within the applicable statutory period. If a request is complex or repeated, we will communicate any lawful extension or fee position.
