Roles and instructions

Where EVCV Limited processes personal data contained in customer artwork, orders, products or connected Stores solely to provide Quick2Print, it acts on the customer’s documented instructions. The customer remains responsible for its lawful basis, notices and instructions.

Processor commitments

  • Process personal data only for the service and documented customer instructions, unless law requires otherwise.
  • Require appropriate confidentiality from authorised personnel.
  • Maintain risk-appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.
  • Use subprocessors under written data-protection obligations.
  • Assist reasonably with rights requests, security incidents and compliance information.
  • Delete or return processor data at the end of service subject to legal retention and backup cycles.

Contractual DPA

Enterprise procurement or processing requiring signed Article 28 terms should use an executed Data Processing Addendum. This public summary does not replace a signed DPA or negotiated Order Form.
