AI Transparency and Data Use Policy

How optional AI-assisted content is governed and reviewed.

Human review

AI-assisted suggestions are drafts, not authoritative product facts. Customers must review and approve generated content before publishing. Quick2Print is designed to keep authoritative fields such as price, identifiers, dimensions, safety facts and certifications source-controlled unless deliberately unlocked.

Data sent to providers

When a customer enables an AI feature, the minimum relevant product evidence, instructions and requested fields may be sent to the selected provider. Credentials and unrelated Account data should not be included in prompts. Provider availability and retention terms may vary.

Prohibited reliance

  • Do not use AI output as legal, tax, medical, safety or regulatory advice.
  • Do not publish invented claims, certifications, origin, warranty or availability.
  • Do not submit personal or confidential information unless authorised and necessary.
  • Do not use AI features to create unlawful or infringing content.

Records and cost

Quick2Print may retain generation status, evidence references, review decisions, model identifiers and provider usage needed for governance, billing and troubleshooting. Applicable AI usage limits or credits are shown in the Account.
