Data Retention and Deletion Procedure
The framework used to retain, export and delete Quick2Print information.
Last reviewed: 23 July 2026
Retention principles
Information is kept for the shortest period reasonably required for service operation, customer instructions, security, dispute resolution and legal, tax or accounting obligations. Different records require different periods.
Working categories
- Active Account and configuration data: while the Account is active.
- Customer production content: while required for the Account and any agreed recovery period.
- Security and audit records: for a risk-appropriate investigation period.
- Support and complaint records: while the matter is active and for a defensible follow-up period.
- Billing and tax records: for the applicable statutory record-keeping period.
- Backups: until rotated through the documented backup lifecycle.
Account closure
Before closure, customers should export information they need to keep. Closure triggers deletion or de-identification workflows subject to legal holds, disputes, unpaid balances, security investigations and backup rotation. Connected providers may retain copies under their own policies.
