Customer Artwork and Intellectual Property Policy

Ownership, permissions and responsibilities for uploaded creative material.

Customer ownership

Customers retain ownership of artwork and content they upload. EVCV Limited receives only the rights reasonably needed to store, process, generate previews, create print files and transmit content to customer-selected providers.

Customer assurances

  • The customer owns the material or has sufficient permission to use it.
  • The material does not infringe copyright, trade marks, design rights, privacy, publicity or other rights.
  • Any required model, property or brand releases have been obtained.
  • The customer has authority to instruct connected providers to manufacture or publish the resulting products.

Reports and removal

Rights holders may use the Copyright and Takedown Procedure. We may restrict disputed material while a report is assessed and may require evidence of ownership, licence or authority.
