Terms of Service
The business terms governing access to and use of Quick2Print.
Last reviewed: 23 July 2026
About these terms
Quick2Print is a brand operated by EVCV Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13570383.
These terms apply between EVCV Limited and the business or organisation creating a Quick2Print Account. By creating an Account, the person acting for the customer confirms that they have authority to bind that customer. Quick2Print is intended for business use, not personal or household use.
The service
Quick2Print is currently a beta service. Features, limits and workflows may change as the service is tested and improved.
Quick2Print provides tools for managing Brands, artwork, reusable product templates, WooCommerce publishing and Printful-related production workflows. Third-party platforms remain separate services governed by their own terms.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate Account and billing information.
- Keep credentials, recovery codes and user access secure.
- Only upload artwork, product information and personal data the customer is authorised to use.
- Review product information, pricing, tax, safety, intellectual-property and publishing decisions before release.
- Comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.
Availability and changes
We aim to operate the service with reasonable skill and care, but beta features may be changed, suspended or withdrawn. Planned and material incidents will be communicated through appropriate service channels where reasonably practicable.
Fees and renewal
Subscription fees, billing periods, included limits and applicable VAT are shown before purchase or recorded in an Order Form. Subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until cancelled in accordance with the Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
EVCV Limited and its licensors retain rights in Quick2Print. Customers retain their rights in uploaded artwork and customer content and grant EVCV Limited the limited rights needed to host, process, transform and transmit that content to provide the service.
Liability and termination
Customers remain responsible for products and store changes they approve or publish. Any contractual liability limits, exclusions and termination rights must be read with the applicable Order Form and mandatory law. EVCV Limited may suspend access to protect the service, other customers or third parties, or where fees remain unpaid after notice.
Governing law
Unless an Order Form states otherwise, these terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the law of England and Wales and are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
