Who we are

Quick2Print is a brand operated by EVCV Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13570383.

EVCV Limited is the controller for Quick2Print website, Account, billing, sales, support and security information. Where we process store or customer information only on a Quick2Print customer’s documented instructions, the customer is normally the controller and EVCV Limited acts as processor.

Information we handle

• Identity, contact, company, Account and team-member information.
• Authentication, MFA, device, session, security and audit information.
• Billing plan, payment status, invoice and transaction-reference information. Payment card details are handled by payment providers.
• Support messages, contact enquiries and beta-feedback records.
• Brand, Store, template, artwork, product and workflow information submitted through the service.
• Technical logs, error reports and service-usage information.

Purposes and lawful bases

• Provide and administer the service and perform our contract.
• Secure Accounts, prevent abuse and protect legal rights based on contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests.
• Meet tax, accounting and regulatory obligations.
• Respond to enquiries and provide support.
• Send requested service communications and, where permitted, product marketing. Marketing choices can be changed at any time.

Sharing and international processing

We use contracted hosting, database, storage, authentication, payment, email, monitoring and AI service providers where necessary. We also transmit customer-directed data to connected services such as WooCommerce and Printful. Some providers may process information outside the UK; where required, we use recognised transfer safeguards. Current provider categories are described in the Subprocessor List.

Retention

We retain information only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, contractual operation, dispute handling, security, tax and legal obligations. The Data Retention and Deletion Procedure explains the working retention framework.

Your rights

• Request access to personal information.
• Ask for inaccurate information to be corrected.
• Request deletion or restriction where the law provides.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing.
• Request portability where applicable.
• Withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
• Complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
