Copyright and Takedown Procedure
How rights holders report potentially infringing material.

Required report information
- Identity and contact details of the rights holder or authorised representative.
- Identification of the protected work or right.
- Identification of the disputed material, Account, product or location.
- An explanation of ownership, registration or authority.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorised.
- A statement that the information supplied is accurate.
Assessment
We may request clarification, restrict material while assessing the report, notify the affected customer and preserve relevant evidence. We do not adjudicate complex ownership disputes and may require the parties to resolve them through the appropriate legal process.
Counter-information
An affected customer may provide evidence of ownership, licence, exception or mistaken identification. Repeated or deliberate infringement may lead to Account restrictions or termination.
