Pricing and VAT
Quick2Print is a business service. Public plan prices are shown in pounds sterling excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Applicable VAT and the billing total are confirmed before payment.
Billing
Monthly plans are charged for each monthly period. Annual plans are charged as one annual payment. Included limits, any agreed add-ons and the renewal date are shown in billing information or an Order Form.
Cancellation
A customer may cancel renewal through available billing controls or support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; access continues until then unless the Account is suspended for cause.
Refunds
Business subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law, duplicated or charged in error, or where EVCV Limited agrees that a material service failure justifies a refund or service credit. Requests should include the Account, invoice or transaction reference and reason.
Plan and tax changes
We will give reasonable notice of material plan-price changes before renewal. Tax treatment may vary by customer location and status; customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information.
